Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn While most book club members stated they didn't like the book, it certainly provided for much discussion. The twisted-ness of the protagonists in the tale left readers in amazement. However, the back and forth diary writing/1st person point of view was a bit confusing at times. One reader, who enjoyed the novel, stated that she listened to the book, and it was really good. She said each part was read by either a man or a woman depending upon which protagonist was speaking at the time. She stated that this allowed for less confusion. Needless to say, the absurdity to the characters' thoughts and actions were intriguing. | Meeting Attendance Karla Debi Lisa Leena |
